We ordered the 10x12 Monterey shed with loft and ramp. We added hurricane tie-downs as we are in a high wind area. It arrived about a week ahead of schedule. The install crew took about 6 hours to assemble. They did a great job. They removed all trash and left the area neat and clean. We would recommend.

Del and the guys at Lakeside Trading were a pleasure to work with on the purchase and installation of my 8 x 16 Monterey shed. It was a tight squeeze down a side drive that was more of a goat path but they carefully got it through with no scratches or issues. I mean these guys waded through a tree line of hemlocks and a rain of needles down the back of the neck to keep the branches from damaging the shingles or siding. The site I prepared I thought was fairly level but was still a little high in the rear and they were able to adjust it on shims and blocks that were all included. It was a good experience front and back and I am loving it and the extra space in my garage already.

Excellent experience. Professional and knowledgeable staff. Quality sheds. You get what you pay for. Worked with Curtis to customize a shed for our home. He walked us through the process and explained all available options. We even had the shed painted to match the main house. Shed was ordered and came in on schedule. The delivery team was great. Carefully unloaded the shed and moved it into position. Install was perfect. They made certain that we were comfortable with the shed and install position before they left. Would recommend without reservation.

I highly recommend Lakeside for anyone looking to have a shed moved or installed. I purchased a used shed and had Lakeside pick it up, relocate it to my property, level the area, and install a rock pad for the shed to sit on. From start to finish, they did an excellent job. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done properly. The shed was moved safely and placed exactly where I wanted it, and the new rock pad looks great and provides a solid, level foundation. I’m extremely happy with the quality of their work and how smoothly the entire process went. Great communication, great workmanship, and a company that clearly takes pride in what they do. Everything about this purchase was made easy by the hard working staff at Lakeside Trading. Cory Harrigan assisted us with the specification request after we browsed their extensive inventory in Narragansett. He was very helpful and patient with absolutely no sales pressure. Once the shed had arrived at their site, they scheduled a time for installing the gravel/stone pad foundation and later delivering the shed. Unfortunately, the day that the crew came in to build the gravel foundation was a day of historic heat in Rhode Island. Nonetheless, the crew from Lakeside came in and worked for hours in that heat and build the perfect pad for the shed. A week later, a two man crew delivered the shed quickly and efficiently with their “mule” and flat bed truck. The shed is better than I imagined and the experience was flawless. I would recommend Lakeside Trading Company to anyone looking for a well built and attractive shed.

Bought a small 4x6 garden storage shed from Lakeside. The shed was a very high quality to begin. They sold it at a fair price that included a warranty, installation and return to the site if needed. The did an amazing job, even having to cross my neighbor’s yard to install. Without hesitation would recommend Lakeside.

Lakeside Trading is an excellent company. They have figured everything out regarding buying a shed, and making it easy and convenient for you as a buyer. They also sell quality sheds, so if you’re looking for a cheap one, that’s not gonna last, they’re not the place for you. I would recommend that you do not buy a shed made out of fall- aparticleboard! I am an architect, and I’m not always the easiest person to please, but they did an excellent job and they were great to deal with, so I highly recommend them. Td
